All of our courses are also available as a one to one package starting from £300. Are you the parent/carer of a child aged 3-11 years old who struggles to regulate their feelings, worries a lot, feels anxious or has fears? Maybe they have difficulty sleeping, experience nightmares and struggle to concentrate? Perhaps they struggle with separation and don't like being alone?
Maybe you struggle with your own feelings of anxiety and want to learn how to manage them in healthy ways so that they don't transfer to your children. Would you like to feel more able to go out and enjoy spending time with them and generally have more confidence overall.
If you answer yes to any of the above, this 6-week course is for you!
We will cover:
* Understanding anxiety, worries and fears
* Getting to know the triggers and how to spot the early warning signs of worries and negative thought patterns.
* How to support your children to manage their BIG feelings in healthy ways.
* How to work through these feelings and take back control so they/you can start to face your/their fears and hopefully overcome them!
